Amy Kallal and Pamela Minetto will speak on the panel, Abuse Claims: The Current Landscape, during AIRROC’s Summer Membership Meeting in New York City on July 16-17. Panelists will discuss issues that often arise with abuse claims such as lost policies, coverage questions that come up frequently, facts to collect and evaluate during the coverage investigation and beyond, especially when there are many victims, multiple perpetrators, and a number of insureds, and allocation.
