Tania A. Gondiosa
Tania A. Gondiosa is an associate at Mound Cotton. She joined the firm in 2010 and has 20 years of litigation experience.
Ms. Gondiosa has handled all aspects of complex contract disputes, including third-party and first party insurance coverage matters arising out of construction site accidents, construction defect claims, environmental exposure/toxic tort claims, property damage, personal and advertising injury, and bad faith. She also has extensive experience in the direct defense of suits involving construction site accidents/Labor Law claims, toxic tort, indemnification disputes, premises liability, products liability, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, and professional negligence.
Ms. Gondiosa is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gondiosa worked at the law firm of Melito & Adolfsen P.C. for nine years litigating coverage matters and advising insurers on issues involving third-party liability and property damage claims, as well as practicing general liability defense.
