Pamela J. Minetto

 

Pamela J. Minetto is a partner at Mound Cotton. She has over thirty years of experience in the analysis and litigation of complex casualty claims. In addition to providing claim advice and analysis, Pamela represents insurers with significant interests in declaratory judgment actions involving, inter alia, loss associated with environmental property damage, toxic tort (product and other mass torts, including sexual abuse and asbestos), and construction defect under comprehensive general liability policies.  Pamela  also represents insurers in bankruptcy litigation involving policyholder resolution of mass tort exposure.

Her experience includes allocation analysis, implementation, modeling and design, as well as monitoring and assessing claims/litigation for excess/primary insurers.

She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, California, Washington, Tennessee, and Nevada. Prior to her career as a lawyer, she was a geriatric and psychiatric social worker and hospital office administrator. She also served for many years on the Essex County Ethics Committee and has an extensive pro bono practice.

She received an LLM from New York University Law School in Trust and Estates.
