Payal Majmundar

Payal Majmundar is an Associate at Mound Cotton. She graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a Senior Staff Member on the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a 1L Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant. Payal graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A., summa cum laude, in International Studies and cum laude, in Political Science; she is a Phi Beta Kappa.

She worked as an Intern to the Honorable Reggie B. Walton at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and was a Law Clerk to the Office of the General Counsel, Commercial Law Development Program, at the U.S. Department of Commerce. She was also a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice in D.C., Office of Foreign Litigation and the Office of International Judicial Assistance, and an Intern to the Honorable Timothy Reif, U.S Court of International Trade in New York.
