Larry Q. Hecimovich
Larry Hecimovich has litigated in the California state and federal courts for over 25 years. His practice has focused primarily on employment-related disputes, where he has prevailed on pre-trial motions for dismissal in dozens of cases, has first-chaired trials, and has successfully defended numerous appeals. Among his appellate victories, he obtained a precedential decision from the California court of appeal delimiting the scope of California employers’ duty of reasonable accommodation toward employees in public safety positions. He also has experience litigating insurance coverage and other commercial disputes.
Larry received his B.A. from Grinnell College and his J.D. from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law.
