Jon Quint
Jon Quint has more than twenty-eight years of litigation and transactional experience. Mr. Quint is experienced in the areas of trusts and estates, real estate, bankruptcy, corporations, tort and commercial litigation, and criminal law. Mr. Quint has represented banks in commercial and residential mortgage transactions and has handled numerous commercial transactions for the sale of business entities and their assets. Mr. Quint has handled matters for numerous labor organizations, including litigation, arbitration, and National Labor Relations Board proceedings as well as ERISA and related matters. He has also advised unions on all facets of their operations, including pensions and campaign contributions, and has served as a trustee of local unions. Mr. Quint is experienced in ERISA and related matters and in the areas of trusts and estates, real estate, bankruptcy, corporations, tort and commercial litigation, and criminal law. He is a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, where he serves on the Labor Relations and Employment Law Committee.
Mr. Quint is a graduate of Brandeis University and New York University School of Law, where he was an Editor of the Review of Law and Social Change.
