Harold Scheeren

Harold Scheeren is an associate at Mound Cotton. He joins us from the New York City Law Department, where he was Assistant Corporation Counsel, Tort Division. Harold graduated from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude, where he was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar, and a staff member of the International Law Journal. He received his B.A. from New York University College of Arts and Sciences.
