Eric T. Krejci
Eric T. Krejci is a litigator with extensive experience handling complex coverage and liability disputes in federal and state courts across the country. His litigation practice includes arbitrations, trials and appeals involving first-party property and liability coverage disputes, as well as disputes involving products liability, professional liability, advertising injury, reinsurance, personal injury, property damage and general liability claims. Eric also assists and advises clients on all issues arising under commercial all-risk policies, builder’s risk policies, homeowner’s policies and reinsurance contracts.
Eric began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where he conducted a significant number of jury trials. Eric graduated from Binghamton University, cum laude, and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Senior Associate for the Journal of Law and Policy.
