CALIFORNIA — Mound Cotton, a leading law firm representing insurance companies, announced today that Lyndy Stewart joined the firm as a senior counsel. As an insurance litigator, her practice focuses on bad faith litigation and insurance coverage actions in state and federal courts nationwide. “We are excited that Lyndy has joined the firm,” said Jonathan Gross, partner and head of the California office. “She adds strength and experience to the firm for numerous insurance lines.”
In addition to her insurance coverage practice, Lyndy also represents businesses on a variety of commercial disputes and litigation matters, including claims of misappropriation of trade secretes, breach of contract arising out of real estate development and construction projects, as well as shareholder and Board of Director disputes.
During law school, Lyndy was an extern for former Justice Leah Sears of the Georgia Supreme Court.
