Jodi S. Tesser
Jodi S. Tesser is a partner Mound Cotton. She joined the firm in 2001. She has litigated cases and provided first-party insurance coverage advice for two decades. Her first-party practice focuses on commercial property damage claims, business interruption coverage, builder’s risk claims, and fire, flood, hurricane, and collapse claims. She also practices securities arbitration and litigation and professional liability defense in which she represents broker dealers, foreign exchange dealers, financial advisors, insurance brokers, and registered representatives.
She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the International Law Journal, and her B.A., cum laude, in English from Union College. She is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars.
