Rachel M. Horzempa Winship
Rachel Horzempa is an associate with Mound Cotton; she joined the firm in 2019. She graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French. In 2019, she graduated from Boston University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Editor for Notes and Comments for the Review of Banking & Financial Law. Her note on the National Flood Insurance Program received the Alan R. Stern Housing Scholar Fellowship and was published in the Review of Banking & Financial Law.
During law school, she served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and worked at Boston University’s Criminal Law Clinic representing indigent defendants.
