Glenn Greenberg

Glenn Greenberg is an accomplished litigator who brings a client-based approach from complaint through trial.  His goal is to prepare each case for trial in order to create and maintain consistent leverage for a potential settlement and to streamline the case. If an amicable resolution is not feasible, Glenn is a skillful trial attorney. He has handled numerous matters in federal district courts, state courts, bankruptcy courts, and appellate courts throughout the country.

Glenn has represented companies and individuals in the insurance, accounting, music, and food and beverage industries. He has extensive experience litigating and advising insurers on coverage issues, including regarding property, CGL, and athlete disability insurance. In addition, Glenn has experience working on white-collar crime, securities fraud, and antitrust matters.  As a result of his background, he has become a go-to for cases that require complex financial analysis.

Glenn is known for using out-of-the-box thinking to provide results.  For example, Glenn achieved a favorable settlement for clients in Bankruptcy Court after suing the bankrupt entities via a novel legal theory.  On several occasions he has found ways that his clients were entitled to substantially more money than they thought they were owed.

Glenn believes strongly in the importance of giving back to society and uses his trial skills to represent indigent litigants in trials through the Southern District of New York’s Pro Bono Program.

Glenn received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude, and his B.A. from Carleton College, magna cum laude. He is admitted in New York, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and Northern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
